Attop Group is looking for skilled joiners and woodworking professionals for opportunities across Kent. We welcome applications from bench joiners, cabinet makers, furniture makers, woodworking machinists and experienced joinery fitters.

Typical responsibilities
* Manufacture, assemble and finish bespoke or commercial joinery
* Read and work from technical drawings and job specifications
* Use woodworking machinery and hand tools safely
* Measure, cut and shape timber, sheet materials and components
* Check finished work for quality, accuracy and detail
* Keep work areas and equipment safe and organised
* For fitting roles, install joinery on site and work to project schedules
What we’re looking for
* Relevant experience in joinery, cabinet making or woodworking
* Ability to read drawings and work accurately to measurements
* Good knowledge of materials, tools and workshop practices
* A careful approach to quality, safety and deadlines
* Reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Experience with CNC machinery, panel saws, edge banders or other woodworking equipment is an advantage. Site fitting roles may require a valid CSCS card, relevant qualifications and transport to sites.
Salary and working arrangements
The indicative salary range is £30,000–£42,000 per annum, depending on the role, experience, technical skills and location within Kent. Pay, hours, contract type and any additional benefits will be confirmed for each opportunity.
