Corporate Security Officer Jobs – Aldgate East, Central London

Salary: £35,000–£42,000 per annum, depending on experience

Attop Group is recruiting professional, reliable Corporate Security Officers for a site in Aldgate East, Central London. This opportunity may suit experienced SIA security officers looking for full-time corporate security, office security or building security work in London.

You’ll help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for employees, visitors and contractors while protecting the building and its people.

Key responsibilities

Monitor building access and follow site entry procedures.

Welcome visitors and contractors, checking identification and confirming appointments where required.

Keep accurate visitor, incident and handover records.

Carry out internal and external patrols as directed.

Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and security concerns, following site procedures.

Report suspicious activity, safety hazards and maintenance issues.

Support emergency procedures and communicate with the relevant teams.

Monitor CCTV or security systems where this is part of your assigned duties and training.

Maintain a smart, professional presence throughout your shift.

Essential requirements

A valid SIA Security Guard licence or SIA Door Supervisor licence.

Able to provide a checkable five-year history to support BS 7858 screening, including employment, self-employment and any gaps.

Able to provide the information and documents needed to complete the screening process.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

A professional, attentive and dependable approach.

Confidence dealing calmly with visitors and challenging situations.

Good written skills for completing logs and reports.

The right to work in the UK.

Previous corporate, office, concierge or building security experience is desirable.

Location

The site is in Aldgate East, with convenient access to Central London transport links. Applicants should be able to travel reliably to the location for their shifts.
